Michael Dehn has 30 years of Canadian exploration and mining experience. He spent 11 years as Senior Geologist with Goldcorp leading their regional exploration programs within the Red Lake gold district of Northern Ontario. Michael continues to consult in the Red Lake District on Gold and Base Metals projects. He has worked extensively in the Canadian Shield on Precious and Base Metals, as well as industrial minerals. Mr. Dehn is also the Mayor of Erin, Ontario, a town 80 kms northwest of Toronto with a population of 13,000, as well as a Councillor in Wellington County, Ontario. Mr. Dehn holds a Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences from the University of Waterloo.

Tyler Thorburn has been involved in resource exploration, development and extraction projects since 2008. Tyler has worked on projects for Enbridge, Williams Energy and Centrica Energy coordinating land acquisitions, stakeholder relations, environmental permitting and first nation consultations. Tyler spent 5 years as an Area Lead for Canadian Natural Resources Limited in Western Canada. Tyler has been based in Toronto the last 8 years working as a Board Director and/or Director of Corporate Development for several junior resource companies. Tyler holds an MBA from Warwick Business School.

Rob is an economic geologist with 30 years experience in gold and critical metals exploration throughout North America. Most recently, Rob was Director Exploration, North America with Yamana Gold and continued with Pan American Silver during the ensuing acquisition transition period. Prior to that, Rob held roles of increasing responsibility from project geologist in Red Lake through to Director Exploration, Canada with Goldcorp. Rob has deep geological expertise within the Red Lake district, working in senior exploration and geoscience roles with Goldcorp and Placer Dome advancing new discoveries to production. Mr. Penczak holds a M.Sc. in Geology from Queen’s University and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Earth Sciences from the University of Waterloo. Rob is a Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) in Ontario.

Mr. Twomey has 40 years of exploration, production, and management expertise. He is an accomplished expert in structural geology and Archean lode gold deposits, particularly within the Red Lake District. He played a key role in the discovery and development of the ‘High-Grade Zone’ at Goldcorp’s Red Lake Mine, which is one of the most significant gold discoveries made in the last 30 years. Mr. Twomey has held senior and executive-level management roles for several exploration and mining companies including Principal Geologist for Yamana Gold Inc., VP of Exploration for Mega Precious Metals, and VP of Exploration for Premier Gold Mines Limited, where he directed all aspects of exploration and resource expansion. Tim was Senior Exploration Geologist with Goldcorp in the Red Lake Gold Camp from 1994 to 2008. He graduated from Lakehead University with an Honours B.Sc. in Geology.

Brandon Schwabe is a Chartered Professional Accountant with more than 15 years of experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. He has served as Chief Financial Officer for several publicly listed companies in the natural resource sector. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Technology in Accounting with Distinction from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Kelly Pladson, Founder and Principal of Nia Corporate Services Ltd., provides comprehensive corporate secretarial and administrative solutions, specializing in governance and strategic counsel for publicly traded companies listed on the TSXV and CSE.
