Total Metals Corp.

September 23, 2026, Toronto, ON - Total Metals Corp. (“Total Metals” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: TT) (OTCQB: TTTMF) (FSE: O4N) is pleased to provide an update on recent exploration activities on its exploration properties in Northwestern Ontario.
President and CEO, Andrew Ramcharan stated,
“Total Metals is advancing its flagship High Lake asset, one of the most compelling growth opportunities in its portfolio. Planned work includes expansion and infill drilling designed to scale the existing mineral resource, supported by regional programs aimed at refining future drill targets. The Company is fully permitted and funded to execute its 2026 drilling program.”
High Lake and Menary Field Activities
The Company’s technical team of geologists completed a program of reconnaissance field investigation and sampling at two of the company’s exploration properties; High Lake and Menary located near Kenora in Northwestern Ontario. Where surface rock exposure was adequate, an attempt was made to obtain a representative chip sample across the vein or mineralized feature. Grab samples were only taken if the structure was not fully exposed or because of the limits of the rock exposure. All samples were submitted for analysis and will be reported shortly after results have been received.
At High Lake, the team visited the Purdex zone which contains an existing current mineral resource as well as other occurrences at the western part of the property that have seen varying levels of historic work. All-season drill access to both areas has been confirmed. A total of 9 mineralized samples were taken at various property occurrences. At the Purdex area, observations and structural measurements support a working model that the orebody is orientated at a steep plunge to the northwest at the confluence of intersecting structures. This working model will be tested in an upcoming drill program.

At the Menary property, all-season drill access was confirmed by the team and historic high-grade gold trenches and pits were located. Historic trenched and pitted zones were investigated to fully understand the orientation of quartz vein structures in order to inform drill planning. A total of 11 variably mineralized quartz vein samples were collected including one containing visible gold.
Next Steps
Over the coming weeks, the Company expects to achieve key milestones across its exploration portfolio, significantly accelerating project development:
Initiate drilling on the Purdex Zone at High Lake
Submit a series new early exploration permits at High Lake for drilling that will support the next stage of target evaluation and growth
Upon completion of a high-resolution airborne magnetics survey, prepare and submit an early exploration permit for Menary
At Pick Lake, planning is under way to initiate a gravity survey to identify new additional targets in addition to near surface targets identified within the forint of the historic resource
Near-term planned activity for West Hawk Lake includes core re-logging and infill sampling as well as well as further evaluation of property geologic ahead of eventual preparation of an exploration permit.

About Total Metals Corp.
Total Metals Corp. is focused on developing and advancing its high-grade gold and critical mineral assets located in Eastern Canada. The Electrolode Project is targeting high-potential critical mineral plus gold resources and targets in three favorable geologic trends, located near major mines in the Red Lake Gold camp and is strategically located between Kinross Gold’s Great Bear Project and First Mining Gold’s Springpole Project. The Electrolode Project is fully permitted for exploration drilling and hosts 10 historic mineralized zones with significant expansion potential plus new, untested targets ready for further exploration. Total Metals also owns 100% of the High Lake and West Hawk Lake Project covering 958 hectares in two gold properties located along the Trans-Canada Highway straddling the Manitoba / Ontario border. The Purdex Zone on the High Lake property has significant exploration potential and will be the primary target for initial exploration and potential future mining activities. The West Hawk Lake property is comprised of a single mineral lease, located within southeastern Manitoba. The Company has an option on the Menary gold property, strategically located in the Kenora Mining Division of Ontario, sharing a common southern boundary with the Rainy River claims being acquired by Coeur Mining, Inc.
